Style Package

Investment: $1,800

Coordinator is hired 3-5 months before wedding date, between Phase 3 or 4

Very minimal assistance with design and vendor selections

Coordinator is on site up to 12 hours on day of wedding

  • Personalized Planning Meetings: Up to 8 hours of planning sessions.

  • Unlimited Communication: Direct email and phone support during business hours.

  • Planning Timeline: Prepare planning timeline and checklists for phases 4 and 5.

  • Budget Oversight: Review established budget and provide minimal assistance with tracking. Ensure vendors are paid in full and booked.

  • Venue Communication: Step in as main point of contact for all vendors. Assist with minimal vendor bookings.

  • Design Assistance: Provide minimal assistance with color scheme, decoration theme, florals, and other decor ideas.

  • Music Selection: Assist with finalizing playlist. Provide playlist and song timestamps to DJ/Band.

  • Rental Management: Coordinate rental items and necessary equipment.

  • Guest List and RSVP Management: Manage incoming RSVP's. Includes meal selections if applicable.

  • Layout Design: Design ceremony and reception layouts, including floor plans and seating charts.

  • Wedding Day Timeline: Create and distribute detailed timeline for the wedding day.

  • Final Guest Count: Provide caterer and vendors with final guest count.

  • Venue Walkthrough: Conduct final walkthrough and finalize layout before wedding.

  • Final Meeting: Hold final meeting with bride and groom.

  • Rehearsal Coordination: Coordinate a one-hour rehearsal session (dinner not included) for smooth execution on the wedding day.

  • Setup Oversight: Execute and oversee setup of ceremony and reception decor.

  • Event Management: Manage all vendors and coordinate all events on wedding day.

  • Event Breakdown: Oversee breakdown of event until venue is closed. Separate teams need to be created to execute breakdown and clean up.

  • Sentimental Item Management: Manage sentimental personal items for bride and groom. Arrange for personal items to be placed in vehicle of bride and groom’s choice.

Support Package

Investment: $900

Coordinator is hired around 60 days before the wedding day, between phases 4 and 5

Comprehensive support on the wedding day, primarily working directly with the bride and groom

Coordinator is on site up to 12 hours on day of wedding

  • Personalized Planning Meetings: Up to 5 hours of planning sessions.

  • Unlimited Communication: Direct email and phone support during business hours.

  • Venue Communication: Step in as main point of contact for all vendors.

  • Budget Oversight: Ensure all vendors are paid in full and booked. No budget tracking.

  • Rental Management: Keep track of rented items and equipment.

  • Music: Provide playlist and song timestamps to DJ/Band.

  • Guest List and RSVP Review: Ensure all RSVP's are received by deadline.

  • Layout Design: Review and assist with ceremony and reception layouts, including floor plans and seating charts.

  • Wedding Day Timeline: Create and distribute detailed timeline for the wedding day.

Coordinator is on site up to 14 hours on day of wedding

  • Unlimited Communication: Direct email and phone support during business hours.

  • Planning Timeline: Prepare comprehensive planning timeline and checklists.

  • Budget Management: Establish and track budget. Ensure all vendors are paid in full by wedding date.

  • Venue and Vendor Coordination: Locate, book, and manage venues and vendors. Serve as main point of contact for all vendors.

  • Tastings and Consultations: Attend tastings and consultations with bride and groom, for all vendors, including decor, photography, catering, etc.

  • Design Guidance: Designing and executing color scheme, decoration theme, florals, and other decor.

  • Music Selection: Offer music suggestions. Create and track playlist. Provide playlist and song timestamps to DJ/Band.

  • Rental Management: Coordinate rental items and necessary equipment.

  • Guest List and RSVP Management: Manage incoming RSVP's. Includes meal selections if applicable.

  • Wedding Related Events: Provide limited support for wedding related events (bridal showers, bachelor/bachelorette parties, honeymoon, etc)

  • Layout Design: Design ceremony and reception layouts, including floor plans and seating charts.

Vow writing assistance: $30 flat fee
